Description
Houba leaves come from the Japanese Magnolia tree. Its leaves are not edible but are used in Japanese cuisine as a wrap for sushi, mochi, etc. but also in the famous Houba-yaki dish.
It also serves as a grilling “plate ” due to its plate properties.
