FLOUR FOR CHURROS – HARINA PARA CHURROS

Ingredients

wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, leavening agents (E500, E520, E341), salt, vitamins and minerals (vitamins: C, B6, B1, B12, A, iron, niacin, zinc, folic acid.

May contain traces of folic acid. milk, soy.

Description

Flour mixture to make Churros! Churros are crispy and unsweetened donuts in different shapes, found in Spain, Portugal, Mexico and many Latin American countries, but also in the Philippines. You can add cinnamon, sugar, or deep them in melted caramel, melted chocolate, jam or any other ingredient you prefer!

Preparation:

1.- Heat 280 ml of water until it boils
2.- Place 350g of flour in the bowl of the mixer and add the boiling water
3.- Stir for 20 seconds on the lower speed of the mixer or with a whisk until the flour absorbs the water and has no lumps
4.- Heat oil in a pan (about 3 cm deep)
5.- Put the mixture in the provided piping bag
6.- Form churros 15 to 20 cm long and fry them at about 190 ° C until golden brown
7.- Take them out and drain the excess oil.
8. Sprinkle with sugar and just enjoy!
