Svanetian salt (სვანური მარილი), from Georgia’s Svaneti region in the mountainous north-western part of the country with a unique fragrance and taste. It is traditionally used as a flavoring for a variety of meat, fish, potato and soup dishes as well as an alternative to table salt.
