Description

Flour mixture ideal for preparing the Japanese dish tempura, where seafood and vegetables are cut into strips are dipped in a special porridge of tempura flour and then fried in vegetable oil (160° C-180° C). For a better, more crunchy result, mix the porridge just before using it and only for a few seconds, so that the granules remain, which create the appearance and texture of the tempura.
