Description

Umeshu plum wine is produced according to a traditional Japanese recipe where ume plums are boiled in strong shochu alcohol and sweetener until they turn golden in color and acquire an intense sweet and sour taste. The addition of whole ume plums gives umeshu an even more fruity flavor.

Served with ice cubes, in cocktails or club soda.
