Description

The 25-year-old Reserve Sherry Vinegar is a typical Andalusian product, made from Palomino Fino grapes. Aged for at least 5 years in oak barrels. Acidity 8%. With a Protected Designation of Origin, it has a bright mahogany color and a clean and bright appearance. It has an intense, strong taste with notes of roasted almonds, oak and the basic note of sherry wine. Ideal for salads, seafood, vinaigrette and soups.
