Description

Red wine from selected grapes of the Syrah and Tempranillo varieties, harvested in the area of La Vicaría Arcos de la Frontera, in the middle of the Tierra de Cádiz.

Viñadero is a tribute to the workers of the field, in this case to the guard who took care of the vineyards when the vines already had ripe grapes. The wine has little acidity, is fruity and easy to drink.

View: Intense violet, with bluish cellar that denotes its clean and bright high robe.
Nose: The red fruits stand out, perfectly balanced, giving a clear and intense set.
Mouth: Pleasant mid palate with good persistence. Fresh sour fruit, cherry. Light tannins.

Accompanies beautifully cold cuts, cheeses, foie gras, meat stew, poultry or game.

Serve at 18 ° C
